We’re delighted to share that the IOR has been shortlisted for four categories at the RAC Cooling Awards, a recognition made possible entirely through the dedication and hard work of our members.

Our shortlistings include:
❄️ Campaign of the Year – IOR Industry Skills Alliance
❄️ Collaboration of the Year – 1st IIR Conference on Refrigeration Adapting to Rising Temperature (2025)
❄️ Team of the Year – Delivery of the same landmark conference
❄️ Collaboration of the Year – 10th Anniversary of the IOR Women in RACHP Network, celebrating a decade of championing diversity, inclusion, and STEM pathways

At the heart of each nomination is the exceptional contribution of our members, volunteers who give their time, expertise, and energy to advance education, address environmental challenges, and raise the profile of the RACHP sector. These shortlistings are a testament to their commitment and collaborative spirit.
A huge thank you to everyone involved. We’ll be keeping everything crossed for awards night on 24 September, and good luck to anyone who has been shortlisted!
